Soy and Lime Pulled Chicken

Ingredients:  photo

1.5 lbs of chicken
4 Tbs lime juice
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 small-medium onion, sliced
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 c. of water
Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Poke holes in chicken.  Set chicken and other ingredients in crock pot.  Set on high for 3 hours or set on low for 6 hours.
2. Shred chicken with two forks.

Serve by itself with quinoa or brown rice or throw on a sesame seed bun for a savory sammy!
