1 stick o’ butta
1 1/2 c of flour
4 Tablespoons of water
Splash of milk
1 c of cheese (your choice, I used white cheddar)
Large bundle of spinach (1 package-ish)
8 pieces of bacon or entire package 🙂
(2 T oregano) optional
Preheat oven to 450 and grease dish. Mix crust ingredients together until becomes soft dough ball. Form into casserole dish and on sides.
Cook bacon ‘til crispy. Let onions sweat in non-stick pan first and wilt the spinach in same pan. Crumble bacon. Mix together and put in crust. Put cheese on top. Beat eggs and milk separately. Pour eggs over everything. Bake for approx 45 min or until top is golden. It will probably rise but let it sit for 10 min and it’ll go back down.
NOTE: If you want to make it in a typical size casserole dish, increase crust measurements to 2 c of flour, 2/3 c of butter, and 6 Tablespoons of water. Use 10-12 eggs and more “stuff” if you want.
